The Town of Dorchester is seeking a community-minded resident to serve on

the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA).

The ZBA plays an important role in helping ensure that land use decisions are fair,

consistent, and in accordance with the Town's zoning ordinance. Members hear

applications for variances, special exceptions, administrative appeals, and other zoning matters when they arise.

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, listen, and serve the community.

Serving on the ZBA is a meaningful way to contribute to Dorchester's future while helping neighbors and preserving the character of our town.
