About the Event
Henry Herndon of Clean Energy NH will offer an explanation of the enabling legislation and how it could be implemented locally. For example, NH communities can cooperate on implementation, with the potential for cost-savings, energy-efficiency, and development of local renewable energy sources. The NH Association of Counties states: “The services that counties and municipalities could provide include: the supply of electric power, demand-side management, conservation, meter reading, customer service, other related services and operation of energy efficiency and clean energy districts.” https://www.nhenergy.org/community-power-in-nh.html For more information contact: Henry Herndon henry@cleanenergynh.org
